First Southern Baptist Church will host former Indianapolis Colts linebacker – STEVE GRANT, February 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. Men are encouraged to bring a friend to enjoy a great meal and meet Steve. He is part of Sports World Ministry and encourages listeners with the message of “You’re not born a winner…You’re not born a loser….You’re born a Chooser!” Steve will spend a short time sharing with us his story how he found the power to overcome life’s pressures and problems through a personal relationship with God.

Beth Moore Study
“Daniel”
The Beth Moore Study began January 3. It is not too late to get involved. The second time frame for the study is at 6:00 p.m. beginning this Wednesday January 13. The cost of the study guide is $20 and can be purchased at the study. These studies are open to women who want an in depth study of the book of Daniel. What is M.O.P.S? M.O.P.S. is an acronym for “Mothers of PreSchoolers” and is a place for all moms to find support, encouragement, laughter and love. MOPS will meet each Thursday morning from 9:30 - 11:30 am in the Fellowship Hall. Childcare is provided. Kids of the Kingdom that's who we are!!! Children's Church for Kindergarten through 3rd graders is back!! Proverbs 22:6 says "Raise a child in the way he should go and when he grows old he will not depart from it." We, at FSBCJC, are committed to raising our children to love, know and serve our Savior through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Please allow your children to join us every Sunday after Kids Connection during the 11:00 service as we learn to be "KINGDOM KIDS."
